Hello my name is Anika, originally from NYC and raised in NC, I now make my home in Hampton Roads!  Zumba literally changed my life! After having my third child I lacked the motivation and consistency needed to lose that stubborn baby fat. Going to Zumba for the very first time early 2008 quenched my thirst for what I had been looking for all along: fitness and dancing combined! CPR certified and over 20 years of formal training in a variety of forms of dance: Ballet, Tap,Jazz, Modern, African, and now ZUMBA! I too have ditched the workout and joined the party! It is my desire to share my personal challenges and victories with all who will listen in helping them achieve their fitness goals!!
